Thank you for supporting Heartful Henna. Each item is carefully handmade and packaged with great care.
Because our products are handmade and created in small batches, all sales are final.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased through our website. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damage claim, the following is required:
Claims cannot be reviewed without an unedited unboxing and unwrapping video taken at the time the package is first opened. Once the claim is reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
